Auf dieser Seite findet ihr nun einige Fw-190 F8-Modelle mit Tarnanstrichen des Schlachtgeschwaders 4 aus den letzten Kriegsmonaten. Die Anstriche zu dieser Zeit waren weit von einer ehemals standardisierten Farbgebung entfernt, es wurde genommen an Farbzusammenstellungen was tatsächlich vorhanden war. Daher ergaben sich sehr interessante Farbmuster, die ich hier im Anschluss für Forgotten Battles vorstelle.
On this page you will find some interesting Fw-190 F8-Models of the Assault Squadron ("Schlachtgeschwader") 4 during the last months of the war. The paintworks at that time were far away from the standardised Colour patterns with was assigned to the aircraft from the "Reichsluftfahrtsministerium" (RLM). Some of these remarkable schemes I present here for Forgotten Battles.

Aufgestellt am 18. Oktober 1943 in Piacenza (Italien) aus dem Stab des Schlachtgeschwaders 2, I. Gruppe aus der II. Gruppe des Schlachtgeschwader 2, II. und III. Gruppe aus der II. und III. Gruppe des Schnellkampfgeschwader 10. Das Geschwader war mit generell mit Focke Wulf 190 der "F" und "G" Serie ausgerüstet.
Enlisted on the 18th October 1943 at Piacenza (Italy) out of Stab "Schlachtgeschwader" 2, I. group from II. group of SG 2, II. and III. group from II. and III. group of Schnellkampfgeschwader 10. The Unit was generally equipped with Focke Wulf 190 Aircraft Model "F" and "G".
1943 Ab Oktober 1943 Einsätze zur Unterstützung der Bodentruppen bei der Luftflotte 2 in Italien.
From October 1943 the Unit flew ground attack missions for Luftflotte 2 in Italy.
1944 Einsatz in Italien beim Fliegerführer 2 der Luftflotte 2. Im Januar 1944 lag der Stab mit der I. Gruppe in Piacenza, im Februar der Stab, I. und II. Gruppe in Viterbo und im April Stab und II. Gruppe in Viterbo und die I. Gruppe in Rieti. Die III. Gruppe lag in Frankreich in St. Quentin-Castres, ab Juni 1944 in Clermont-Ferrand, zur Wiederaufstellung durch das II. Fliegerkorps. Ab Juli 1944 wurde das Geschwader in Nord-Rußland bei der 3. Flieger-Division eingesetzt. Der Stab, die I. und II. Gruppe lagen in Jakobstadt, die III. in Dünaburg.

With staff and I. group located at Piancenza January 1944, February staff, I. and II. group in Viterbo and in April staff and II. group in Viterbo and the II. group in Rieti. The III. group located in France at St. Quentin-Castres, from June 1944 at Clermont-Ferrand, for rebuilding with II. Fliegercorps. From July 1944 the whole squad was shifted to northern Russia enlisted with the 3. Fliegerdivision. Staff, I. and II. group stationed in Jakobstadt, the III. group at Dünaburg.
